Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations within corporate and domestic markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, industry partners and corporate
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments
  • Develop and implement innovative service solutions to enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the after-sales service industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
    It will be a bonus if you have experience in the home appliances industry, understand after-sale service operations, and/or have a certification in business development.Perks:
